TPC Colorado at Heron Lakes in Berthoud is a championship golf course and clubhouse that hosts tournaments, charity events, company golf days and weddings. When dozens of guests arrive at once, a shuttle plan saves time and keeps the parking lot calm.
Pick the Right Vehicle Size
- 12 to 16 guests: a Sprinter shuttle or Sprinter party van.
- 20 to 30 guests: a mini bus.
- 40 to 57 guests: a motor coach with room for golf bags.
Plan the Arrival
For tournaments, have players arrive 60 to 90 minutes before the shotgun start. Run shuttles from one or two central hotels so the group lands together.
Plan the After-Party
Many groups head to dinner or a brewery in Loveland, Longmont or Berthoud after the round. A party bus keeps the celebration going and gets everyone back to the hotel safely.
Weddings at the Clubhouse
For weddings, run shuttle loops from guest hotels before the ceremony and again at the end of the night. Plan the last shuttle about 30 minutes after the send-off.
